DRAFT ORDER OF DAMAGES: CIVIL TORTURE
Draft of Order for Damages for TORTURE OF ONE OF THE GENERAL MEDICAL COUNCIL’S REGISTRANTS BY THE GENERAL MEDICAL COUNCIL ON THE FOLLOWING BASIS FROM 14 UNLAWFUL ALLEGATIONS:
The Court Orders the General Medical Council to pay damages amounting to £6,423,220.00
For the following Unlawful and Illegal Breaches of the Applicable Torture Acts:
- Breach of Section 3 of the HRA 1998: YOU MUST NOT TORTURE
- Breach of the Torture not to inflict "intentional or severe pain or suffering, whether physical or mental, upon a person or under the control of the accused.
- Breach of the Criminal Justice Act 1988.
- Breach of the Torture and Damages Act 2009.
Basis of the Damages
- GMC AND MPTS FIND IMPAIRMENT ON THE 14 ALLEGATIONS FILED in
2015 but
- either dismissed on appeal [17/3/2017] by Collins J;
- withdrawn [5/6/2018- 2/11/2018] or
- defeated at Remitted hearings Between 5/6/2018 – 2/11/2018.
- THE GMC AND MPTS ERASE THE REGISTRANT BASED ON THE FTP
RULES OF ORDER which were not in force in 2015.
- At SECTION 40 APPEAL ON 17/3/2017, COLLIN J DISMISSED THE SERIOUS ALLEGATIONS, NEVER TO BE REPEATED –5 ALLEGATIONS.
- THE ALLEGATION OF DISHONESTY.
- THE ALLEGATION TO CAUSE DISTRESS TO MY PATIENTS.
- AT THE EMITTED HEARINGS, THE GMC REFERRED TO FITNESS TO PRACTICE ON 17/3/2017, WHEN THE GMC/MPTS WAS DISMISSED IN ALL BUT ONE ALLEGATION WHICH WAS ADMITTED.
- THE GMC MPTS UNLAWFULLY AND ILLEGALLY ACTED IN CONCERT TO TORTURE A REGISTRANT.
